Evan Vandevander

Evan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He met his wife Rose in high school, and they were happily married on September 25th, 2010.  God has blessed them with two kids, Jaxon and Haley.  He worked in an automotive body shop painting cars and motorbikes until God changed the direction of his life.  He surrendered to full time ministry when he was 24 and immediately went to Bible school.  His father-in-law, Pastor Stephen Volante, was a missionary to Ghana, West Africa, at that time.  Evan and his family were able to serve a 1 year internship in Ghana where God strengthened their faith and knowledge.  His family moved from Georgia to serve as the youth pastor in Beckley, West Virginia, until God moved them to Bible Baptist Church of Chickasha in July of 2023.  Evan loves being with his family, spending time at the lake, sharing the gospel, and helping people grow in their spiritual walk!
